What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

MOQ depends on the door type and customization level. For standard models we accept smaller trial orders; for fully custom projects, MOQ is negotiated based on complexity. Contact us with your specs for a specific quote.

Can you manufacture doors to my drawings and specifications?

Yes. Custom manufacturing is our core strength. Send us your drawings, dimensions, materials, and finish requirements — our engineering team will provide a feasibility review and quotation within 3–5 business days.

What certifications do your doors have?

Our doors are CE certified and tested to both US (UL / NFPA) and EU (EN 1634) fire-resistance standards. Additional certifications can be supported on request.

What is your typical lead time?

Standard orders ship within 25–35 days after deposit. Custom or large-volume orders are scheduled based on quantity and complexity. We provide a confirmed production schedule before order confirmation.

Do you offer samples?

Yes, samples can be arranged for confirmed projects. Sample fees may apply and are typically refundable against bulk orders.

What are your payment terms?

Standard terms are T/T 30% deposit, 70% balance against B/L copy. L/C at sight is also accepted for established partners.

Can I visit your factory?

Absolutely. We welcome B2B partners to visit our 10,000 m² facility in Zhongshan, Guangdong, China. Contact our export team to schedule a factory tour.

Do you provide OEM / ODM services?

Yes. OEM and ODM are core parts of our business — we work with importers, distributors, and brand owners to manufacture doors under their specifications and labels.
